I have a split level home and need to have some finishing work done. The lower level room is approximately 17x17 and the sheet rock is pretty much put up but needs some corrective work with the outlets and sockets. Also, the first coat of mud has been sanded but needs to have at least two more coats of mudding and sanding. The base boards need to be attached, Laminate flooring trim needs to be attached to the base boards (already been cut) crown molding installed (calking the spaces between the sheet rock and sealing), Door trims needs to be replaced (the origional contractors used 1/2 thick sheet rock so there is a gap between the sheet rock and door frame (this needs to be filled), I need one french door installed (30') and two six panel doors installed (24' and 30'). Please provide me with a rough estimate on the cost of labor. I will provide all of the supplies. | ||
